Thunder Juniors Loose out to Leeds

Northern Thunder Juniors played Leeds Juniors in a friendly as a curtain raiser on Monday night at the Castle. Thunder gave the development squad along with other players who have not had a lot of court time this season so far, a well disserved run out. The game ended 44-23 in favour of Leeds who fielded a strong squad.

An expected 150,000 Sky TV viewers will watch the game as live in what is historically a ratings winner with  two big Cities involved. And what a treat they are in for on Thursday night at 6.00pm on Sky Sports.
