Northern Thunder’s National Talent League squad were presented with  The NTL Trophy by England Coach Sue Hawkins and Janet Wrighton  President of England Netball on Saturday. The trophy and medals were presented during the half time break at the Grand Final between Team Bath and Mavericks at the Trent FM Arena in Nottingham.

Northern Thunder finished with a 100% record over the 9 games, beating Leeds Carnegie 54-43 in their final game to finish the season unbeaten. They scored 424 goals which is more goals than any other team.

Congratulations to the Paul Harper(Head coach), Paula Stokes(Asst Coach), Phil Thomas (Team Manager) and Laura Malcom (captain) and all the players of Northern Thunder NTL for this fantastic achievement.
